Wanda Ablee Nude Tacos
I took these with Wanda Ablee somewhere in Texas. Many people swear by the quality of Torchy’s Tacos. I think it’s pretty good but definitely not what I consider authentic Mexican cuisine. Their “Democrat” or “Crossroads” tacos are great if you enjoy beef.

My favorite Mexican food is made by perspiring grandmothers in confined spaces. Sometimes the middle-aged male with hairless forearms will also suffice. But never forget the sweat. The sweat is most important.
